Honey Color - Don't even bother ordering, You won't get your order on time
I ordered contacts before Halloween with DHL express shipping (3-4 days) and here I am waiting still for my order 10 days later. This ruined my favorite holiday because I had a last minute thrown together cod time instead of what I was going to do if I had my contacts.
Honey Color - Terrible Customer Service, defective items
I had orders contact lens from honey color many years. Recently one of the contact lens is defective and can't put it on. I had sent them emails and text in the page but no respond after first reply. They seem to avoid return and my request being ignored. Really disappointed and won't recommend my friends to purchase from honey color. Simply lack of business integrity.
